Candidates Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related discipline.
• 10 years of center director experience in a child care environment.
• 5 years of leadership experience in the child care industry.
• Demonstrated regional/multi-site operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Tennessee Child Care Star Rating System.
