Trustpoint.one has partnered with a leading AmLaw firm in their search for an experienced Residential Real Estate Attorney to handle cases on an as-needed basis. This remote role, located in Florida, requires an Attorney who is well-versed in residential landlord/tenant cases, with a focus on landlord representation. The Residential Real Estate Attorney will be responsible for motion drafting and arguing, court appearances and more. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required for this role, in addition to being a Member, in good standing, of the Florida Bar.
