This position is best suited for an individual that can effectively work as a member of a design team and can also work independently. Candidate must be a motivated design professional who understands land development standards and cand design projects that comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Job Functions & Responsibilities

• Project Engineer
• Design sites (parking, sidewalks, grading, utilities, erosion control) associated with new and renovated buildings.
• Comply with local, state, and federal stormwater regulations (detention/retention).
• Meet with clients and government agencies as needed throughout the design process.
• Project Management roles based on experience and project types.

Minimum Requirements

• Professional Engineering License
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Civil 3D and/or AutoCAD
• Experience in Land development including Drainage, utilities, and commercial site engineering.
• Experience in initial concept through building completion (Including drawings and specifications)
• Experience in Infrastructure projects.
• Experience with Stormwater detention/retention and LID practices is a plus.
