Position Overview :

As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth. Reporting directly to the executive team, you will manage key operational functions, streamline processes, and ensure alignment between the sales, rental, and dealer channels. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a rapidly growing team and contribute to the company’s ongoing success in the US market.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all operational aspects of the company, ensuring efficiency in sales, rental, and dealer channels.
  • Have autonomy over growth in the senior leadership team being a key decision maker in new hires aligning with growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the executive team to align operational strategies with overall business goals.
  • Drive process improvements and operational excellence to support rapid business growth.
  • Lead and mentor a growing team of executives and managers, fostering a culture of high performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, rental companies, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategies for expanding market share and optimizing operational processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience, preferably in the heavy equipment, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Strong operational/sales background with experience managing large teams and multiple business functions.
  • Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a track record of scaling operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with dealer networks and rental operations is highly desirable.
