Responsibilities -
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and execute strategic plans, objectives, and initiatives aligned with the company's vision, mission, and goals. Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies, policies, and procedures to drive continuous improvement, innovation, and competitive advantage.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all operational functions, including project management, service operations, supply chain management, logistics, and quality control. Implement best practices, performance metrics, and quality standards to optimize operational efficiency, minimize costs, and enhance project delivery timelines and outcomes.
- Resource Management: Plan resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors, to support project requirements, timelines, and budgets. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure reliable access to resources and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks and challenges proactively to minimize disruptions, delays, and cost overruns. Implement robust risk management processes, safety protocols, and compliance measures to ensure a safe working environment and regulatory compliance.
- Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing operations team, including project managers, supervisors, and field staff, by providing guidance, coaching/training, and mentorship. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning to empower employees, drive engagement, and achieve operational excellence.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in MEP+ operations, project management, or related roles, with a demonstrated track record of success in driving operational excellence and achieving business objectives.
- Deep industry knowledge and expertise in MEP+ processes, methods, and technologies, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle management, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire trust, build consensus, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking, with the ability to analyze complex issues, make data-driven decisions, and drive results in a dynamic and competitive market environment.
