Construction Casualty Insurance is looking for an experienced Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to successfully oversee a portfolio of business, size range from $700,000 - $1,000,000 in revenue.
Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, managing renewals, and maintaining a partnership with the producers to support business development. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams including producers, marketing department, and other account managers to improve the entire customer experience. Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, including change requests and endorsements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Assist in the development of renewal submissions.
- Use Applied Epic to document and manage account activity.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of customer needs and objectives.
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience as an Account Manager, or relevant position, in the Commercial Lines insurance industry, required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish, strongly preferred.
- High school diploma, or equivalent, required. Bachelor's degree, preferred.
- Florida insurance license, required.
- Experience with Applied Epic, strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
