Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager (Hybrid)
About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. Your expertise in managing policies and providing tailored insurance solutions will be crucial to retaining and growing our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of commercial insurance clients serving a variety of industries.
- Deliver expert guidance on policies, including property, liability, and workers' compensation coverage.
- Conduct policy reviews, recommend coverage options, and handle renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.
- Address and resolve complex client issues and claims efficiently.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities and identify cross-selling potential to expand coverage for existing clients.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and underwriters to support long-term retention and client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing commercial client accounts.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, balancing client needs with administrative responsibilities.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range of $60,000 - $80,000, with potential performance-based bonuses.
