G Squared is a leading growth-stage venture capital firm with ~$4B in deployed capital focused on investing in the world’s leading venture-backed private companies in the mid-to-late-stage segment of their corporate lifecycle.

G Squared is looking for a full-time Operations Analyst to join the Chicago office as part of the Investor Relations & Fundraising team. 

Responsibilities include:

• Take a data-driven and project management approach to support all aspects of our investor relations process for fundraising, due diligence requests, and LP onboarding.
• Become the team’s resident expert on our CRM system and ensure its marketing, engagement, and reporting features are driving the team’s day-to-day activity.
• Coordinate with internal parties across the firm and our third-party fund administrator to respond to client requests.
• Manage, support, and optimize the investor onboarding lifecycle from initial introductory calls to finalization of onboarding activities.
• Participate in client-facing communications, including emails, calls, and meetings.
