Job Title: Operations Analyst

Location: Rosemont, IL (Hybrid Role)

Duration: 3 Months (Contract + High Possibility of Extension)

Note: Local candidates who can work on W2 basis without any sponsorship are encouraged to apply.

Pay Range: $35Hr - $38/Hr

Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive systems development and process improvements.
• Participate in efforts to improve capabilities, process improvement, and technology projects.
• Analyze data for anomalies, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Complete impact analyses for all operations improvements.

Required Qualification:

• Typical years of experience in the field of 3-5 years.
• Typically holds a Bachelor's Degree.
• Candidate must possess superior Microsoft Excel skills and may require a pre-test to gauge experience.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is a huge plus.
• Work schedule adjustments may be required based on project needs.
