We are seeking an Associate Attorney with a minimum of 1 year of experience in employment law. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, specifically in representing employers in a variety of employment-related cases. This role involves handling complex employment litigation cases, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, wrongful termination, whistleblower, wage and hour, and PAGA claims. The candidate must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership and good standing with the State Bar of California.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in employment law, with a strong litigation background representing employers.
- Experience in counseling employers on daily employee issues such as hiring, firing, wage and hour, harassment, discrimination, employee handbooks, employment agreements, leaves of absence, or
- Demonstrated experience handling various employment litigation matters, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, wrongful termination, whistleblower claims, wage and hour disputes, and PAGA actions.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple cases, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Los Angeles, San Diego or Sacramento (Remote/Hybrid options available)
Annual Salary: $110,000 - $190,000 (commensurate with years of experience)
