Title: Personal Injury Attorney (Hybrid)
Salary: $110,000 - 125,000 Base, Annually depending on experience
Location: Frisco, Dallas or Sherman, Texas office

Responsibilities
- Managing and strategizing on cases from beginning to end (pre-litigation through trial)
- Leading meetings with Associates to answer case questions
- Participating in Attorney roundtable meetings
- Ensure each case is worked up from the beginning for trial
- Court appearances
- Meeting with clients virtually and in-person
Requirements
- A JD degree from an accredited law school and barred in Texas
- 4+ years of personal injury trial experience (defense or plaintiff side)
- Has sat first chair on cases
- Client-facing experience
