Elite AmLaw 200 firm seeking real estate/corporate associate with 3 - 6 years of experience with joint ventures to join its Los Angeles Office. Ideal candidates will have:

- Experience with complex and highly sophisticated real estate joint ventures and complex real estate limited liability company and partnership agreements.

- Major law firm experience preferred.

- A high level of academic achievement.

- A tax LL.M. and/or familiarity with partnership tax is helpful but not required.

- Admission to the State Bar of California is required.

The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $350,000, plus bonus (depending on experience).
