Application Business Analyst
Indianapolis- 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

This position serves as an Application Business Analyst with our Government client working on the Odyssey Case Management team. The focus is on maintaining and supporting existing application suites as well as testing new releases and configuration projects.
A Day in the Life:
Assist in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of applications supported by the Indiana Office of Court Technology. This position provides application support to various stakeholders including judges, court staff, clerks, attorneys, and self-represented litigants. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide support for current software applications as well as future applications
- Performs activities through the software development life cycle, including testing and implementing software updates, maintaining and enhancing applications over time
- Communicate with stakeholders concerning the various applications and/or system enhancements to improve business processes, overcome known problems or further fulfill user requests
- Train users, create and maintain supplemental materials, and resolve elevated questions originating through the help desk
- Ensure issues and risks are identified through demonstrations and testing; track, report, and resolve or mitigate in timely manner
- Resolve problem situations in a professional manner and accurately communicate pertinent information to end users and management
- Additional duties as assigned

Technology and Tool Usage
Learn and adapt to new technologies within the Microsoft Suite as well as Supreme Court systems
