FirstFour Staffing is assisting a leading manufacturing organization with their need for a Human Resources Business Partner
This direct hire position offers a starting salary in the $80K - $95K range, generous bonus potential, and includes great benefits.

Responsibilities include:
- Serve as a communicator with Employees and Management to resolve conflicts, and address issues and concerns
- Employee relations and engagement
- Provides performance management guidance
- Develop HR solutions, programs and policies.
- Assists employees with various issues including benefits, payroll, training
- Provides input on restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management OR education and related experience combination
- 5+ years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of FMLA, NLRB, FLSA, ADA compliance
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Case Management, ER reporting, data analysis
- PHR or or SHRM-CP preferred
