FirstFour Staffing is assisting a leading manufacturing organization with their need for a Human Resources Business Partner

This direct hire position offers a starting salary in the $80K - $95K range, generous bonus potential, and includes great benefits.

Relocation package available.

Responsibilities include:

• Serve as a communicator with Employees and Management to resolve conflicts, and address issues and concerns
• Employee relations and engagement
• Provides performance management guidance
• Develop HR solutions, programs and policies.
• Assists employees with various issues including benefits, payroll, training
• Provides input on restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning
• Improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management OR education and related experience combination
• 5+ years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of FMLA, NLRB, FLSA, ADA compliance
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Case Management, ER reporting, data analysis
• PHR or or SHRM-CP preferred
