LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an HRBP in Walnut Creek, CA. This position is full-time, direct hire, hybrid, salary $110K - $150K.
Position Overview: The HRBP will work closely with management and employees to enhance organizational effectiveness, drive employee engagement, and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Partner with managers to address employee relations issues, performance management, and talent development.
- Analyze workforce trends and metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR initiatives.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Support recruitment efforts by advising on talent acquisition strategies and participating in the hiring process.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and organizational development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
