? Role - Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney
• Case Analysis and Strategy Development: Review claims, conduct legal research, analyze evidence, and develop a defense strategy based on the merits of the case.
• Litigation and Court Representation: Represent clients in court, including preparing legal documents, filing motions, handling court appearances, and managing trial proceedings.
• Claims Investigation: Work closely with insurance adjusters, policyholders, witnesses, and experts to investigate claims, gather evidence, and determine liability.
• Settlement Negotiation: Negotiate settlements on behalf of the client to potentially resolve cases out of court, minimizing costs and risks.
• Communication and Consultation: Regularly communicate with insurance companies and insured clients, updating them on case progress, legal risks, and potential outcomes.
• Policy and Coverage Analysis: Review insurance policies to assess coverage, exclusions, and any potential conflicts that may arise during claims defense.
