Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Estimator at T. Lemme Mechanical, Inc. The Project Estimator will be responsible for cost management, construction estimating, communication, project estimation, and budgeting. The role involves assessing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed within budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Cost Management, Budgeting, and Project Estimation skills
• Construction Estimating expertise
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in estimating project costs accurately
• Knowledge of mechanical and plumbing systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software
