Our client, an extremely reputable construction contractor is searching for a National Executive Director of Doors Frames and Hardware to work out of any of the following locations:

• Sarasota, FL
• Charlotte, NC
• Raleigh, NC
• Woburn, MA
• Beltsville, MD

The ideal candidate will have:

• 15 years of hands-on experience in the DFH industry, including 5 years managing a large, independent business unit.
• A Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, finance, or accounting is preferred.
• An MBA is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of doors, frames, hardware, specialty products, and related components to address and resolve challenges.
• Strong understanding of profit and loss (P&L) statements and how they impact business operations.

Base Salary: $100,000 - $200,000+ D.O.E
