We are looking for a Project Manager with 5+ years of architectural experience , preferably with 3 or more years of recent experience as a Project Architect/Project Manager. A professional degree in architecture is required and you must be licensed . (In pursuit of becoming licensed might be considered in some instances)
The ideal candidate will have the desire to contribute to the growth and success of the firm. They will lead project teams through all phases of design and construction while also providing technical detailing, specification writing, and project management oversight. They will also mentor junior staff . They should have a strong background in both architecture and project management , demonstrate an ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Doing everything with integrity , staying focused, and delivering on the mission of the firm and project is critical.
General Requirements for the position:
- Proficiency in Revit is required and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
- Having exceptional leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong work ethic and desire to grow professionally and be involved in the community should be demonstrated.
- Being comfortable working collaboratively in an environment where the individual has accountability for their work, as well as for the collective whole, is essential.
- This position requires excellent organizational skills, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
