Required Skills
- Degree in Architecture from Accredited University
- Architectural licensure required
- Proficient in REVIT, 3D software, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment and collaborate with others
- Excellent organizational and research skills
- Proficient in and understanding of building materials and techniques
Responsibilities
- Report to: Project Manager / Principal in Charge
- May assist the Project Manager or lead the following tasks
- Meet with clients to gather requirements for projects
- Assist with putting the design schedule together
- Complete project specific Code Analysis
- Coordinate and manage consultant’s workflow
- Set up project files and drawing sets utilizing firm standards
- Work individually and with the team in developing planning and creative-design concepts of a project
- Assist with leading and preparing of the documents for SD, DD, and CD
- Lead the CA phase for the firm
- Work with the specification writer to prepare a complete and accurate project manual
- Produces 3D renderings to present the design to clients
