We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team and help transform data into actionable insights that drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Job Summary:

The Business Intelligence Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing BI solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role involves analyzing complex data sets, collaborating with various teams to understand their data needs, creating data models, building reports and dashboards to visualize data effectively, enhancing operational efficiency, and communicating findings in a clear and actionable manner.

? Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform data quality checks and ensure accuracy of information used for reporting and analysis.
• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and BI tools.
• Support ad-hoc analysis requests and help train team members in data literacy and BI tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Utilize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools to integrate data from various sources into a centralized data warehouse.
• Write complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data for reporting purposes.
• Create and maintain documentation related to BI processes, data models, and reporting standards.
• Provide support and training to end-users on BI tools and dashboards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Power BI and Excel.
• Familiarity with ETL tools
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SQL programming language.
• Familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Understanding of data visualization best practices.
