This role is Full Time and In-Office.

What You'll Do:

• Manage accounts payable/receivable, revenue cycles, and monthly reconciliations.
• Support our Director of Finance and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Handle rep agreements, artist contracts, and all other crucial contract details.
• Prepare rep commissions, artist royalty reports, and ensure on-time, accurate payments.
• Drive GL account reconciliations, audit prep, and tax support.

What You’ll Bring:

• 1-2 years of accounting experience, ideally in a product-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus).
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
