Position Overview

This role will ensure safety and environmental regulations compliance and provide engineering support to optimize production quality and efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in ensuring safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance of all equipment.
• Monitor engineering expenses and capital budgeting to maintain cost efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement efforts, cost reduction initiatives, and on-floor troubleshooting.
• Analyze product and process data to identify and resolve performance issues, minimizing waste.
• Estimate costs, develop budgets, review designs, and oversee equipment installation and commissioning.
• Collaborate on safety protocols and environmental compliance within plant operations.
• Conduct contractor audits to ensure adherence to safety and standard procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years in Electrical Engineering, ideally in manufacturing or a related industry.
• Technical Skills :
• Proficiency with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Ability to interpret and create CAD drawings and electrical schematics.
• Familiarity with modern safety control systems and electrical control system design.
• Knowledge of project management, including budgeting and contractor management.
