Our client, a $170Bn+ AUM alternative asset management firm in Midtown Manhattan, is currently seeking a CONTRACT Recruiter to work on investment professional and corporate requisitions. Ideally, candidates have experience recruiting within the Financial Services industry and collaborating with hiring managers and HRBPs to place professionals across accounting, finance, front office, investment-related, and corporate roles.

The ideal candidate will have:

· Approximately 7-10 years of experience hiring qualified candidates at all levels within Financial Services

· Proven recruitment expertise through the experience of managing the full recruitment cycle of multiple requisitions at any given time, with an emphasis on a top-notch candidate experience

· Detail oriented and highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills with the ability to follow processes and procedures

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong relationships with candidates, conveying job opportunities effectively, and collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders

· Experience in WorkDay is highly preferred but not required
