Comprised of licensed architects and registered interior designers we work with companies to align the workplace with their business strategy. We also work directly with building owners and operators to engage tenants and existing structures. As a small firm, our team works collaboratively across our two offices (Chicago and Nashville). Everyone participates in all phases of projects giving young staff immediate access to the full range of project responsibilities. Those with a growth mindset, interested in developing professionally, who like problem solving fit best in our company culture.

ABOUT THE POSITION

EWP needs creative thinkers who are eager to solve problems and work directly with clients. We are seeking a project architect who will assist in project development and drawing production, working to the current level of their abilities. Our process includes mentoring and personal development. 

EXPECTATIONS FOR APPLICANTS

• Bachelors or Masters in Architecture from an accredited US architecture school
• Strong Desire to practice architecture
• Interest in collaborative work, problem solving
• Good Communication Skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, & Bluebeam
• 3-5 years of experience in an architecture firm
• Pursuing licensure or licensed
