Job Description:
- Resource is required to support outstanding SCM responsibilities as well as supporting certain growth areas that the company is prioritizing.
Duties and Responsibilities
Here are the key areas and tasks I see benefit in adding additional support for, as we continue to drive growth in these areas:
- Manage weekly CPFR process with National Retail Customer Target
- Build and communicate the weekly forecast for both Sell In and Sell Thru units
- Ensure Order Management accuracy in ERP system - SAP
- Identify potential gaps in demand/supply forecast and resolve deltas
- Drive weekly internal recaps for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Daily involvement in managing S&OP escalations
- Manage and measure supply chain processes including channel risk and shipping performance
- Drop Ship/Commerce Hub Edina Business Lead-Focus on SOAP/SDF/DVS business driving
- Partner+ Sales and Reporting –Delivery and Install will be driving additional need for attention and visibility to this initiative
- CE Reporting and Ad-Hoc project work-Primary lead for data pull/formatting and communication for Sales/SCM
- Create and execute regular reporting
- Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout
- Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
- Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
- Communicate the results of data analysis
- Support Marketing and Sales during promotional events, providing ad-hoc data mining and analysis

A typical supply chain analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformation to standards and specifications.
- Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities.
