Position: Senior Scrum Master

Location: Dallas,TX

Job Description:

• Lead Scrum teams in Agile methodology and practices.
• Ensure clear understanding of goals, scope, and product domain within the team.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and facilitate self-organization and collaboration.
• Organize and facilitate all Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Manage communication with stakeholders and resolve impediments affecting team progress.
• Assist the Product Owner with the Product Backlog.
• Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

“Expected annual pay for this role ranges from ($10,000) to ($130,000).
