An Investment Management firm is seeking an experienced professional to join their growing team as a Lot Closing Coordinator Associate.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and manage a high volume of real estate (residential) lot closings with a focus on keen attention to detail, delivering exceptional customer service, and proactive communication with both internal team members and external clients throughout the closing process.
- Assemble, prepare, and organize closing packages for distribution and execution, while maintaining a meticulous attention to closing details and dates.
- Collect, review, organize, and file all executed closing documents promptly after each transaction.
- Utilize and update transaction tracking software efficiently to manage assets.
- Collaborate closely with senior team members and management to resolve issues and provide support for operational needs.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of real estate closing, loan closing or post-closing experience.
- Proven proficiency in managing a high transaction volume and document tracking and processing with accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
- Must be tech-savvy and able to learn transaction tracking software and databases.
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
Desired Skills:
- 4-year college degree or Paralegal Certificate.
- PA Notary appointment.
