The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in commercial litigation and/or class action litigation. This position provides an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that handles a diverse range of legal issues, offering the chance to grow professionally and personally. Responsibilities: 1. Provide legal representation to clients in various commercial litigation and class action matters. 2. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development. 3. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. 4. Advocate for clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations. 5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and court decisions. 6. Collaborate with legal team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. 7. Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics. 8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admission to the state bar of TN. 3. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on commercial litigation. 4. Proven track record of successfully representing clients in these areas. 5. Excellent legal research, writing, and negotiation skills. 6. Proficient in using legal research software and other relevant technology. 7. Ability to manage multiple cases and projects concurrently, delivering results efficiently. 8. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. 9.
