Experience drafting coverage opinions and conducting examinations under oath is a strong plus. Experience: 2 years of solid experience in law firms of litigation, preferably with an emphasis on insurance-related litigation such as coverage disputes, personal injury cases, premises liability lawsuits, and bad faith claims.
