Currently looking for skilled individuals to fill a direct hire Manufacturing Coordinator opening with a company located in Eden Prairie, MN, that specializes in assistive communication technology. Interested candidates should have experience with technical documentation, an ERP system, and strong knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Manufacturing Coordinator Job Description:

• Maintain accurate documentation and records of processes, production schedules, product usage and performance metrics.
• Perform time studies, review and update production procedures, and maintain package and assembly processes of new and existing products.
• Create, enter, set up new part numbers, create BOMs and write procedures.
• Support new product development and pre-production activities for new product release.
• Design and develop packaging configurations.
• Plan, evaluate and manage End of Life, redesign and safety stock parts.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to track stock levels, maintain accuracy, and reduce waste.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure materials and components are available to meet production schedules.

Manufacturing Coordinator Job Requirement:

• 2 - 4 years of manufacturing experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment and materials management
• 2 years of experience using ERP
• Able to continuously sit or stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional bending, stooping and kneeling
• Must be able to read and interpret technical documentation
• Frequent use of office equipment including computers
• Requires moderate lifting of up to 25-50 lbs.

Compensation for Manufacturing Coordinator:
The starting salary for the Manufacturing Coordinator position is $23.00-$26.00 an hour.
