Job Title: Order Entry Lead
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Order Entry Lead to manage and optimize our order management process. The ideal candidate will master product knowledge, utilize various software tools efficiently (Just Foods, Batch Metrics, P21, Bar Tender, Excel, etc.), and work closely with major contacts across all departments to resolve issues and identify opportunities for improvement. Responsibilities include handling minor customer concerns, directing incoming customer service calls, and notifying the Director of Supply Chain for major issues. The role also involves reporting crises to the Supply Chain Manager, coaching and mentoring Customer Service Team members, and collaborating with supervisors and managers across multiple locations.
Hard Skills
+ 5+ years order entry, administrative experience required
+ Manufacturing experience
+ Microsoft Excel proficient
+ ERP knowledge a plus

This is a permanent position.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Belcamp, Maryland.
Work Environment
The hours are Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm.
