Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
•Customer problem resolution via the telephone
•Word processing, including general correspondence and data entry
•Interface with customers regarding inquiries and complaints
•Effectively research internet for documentation to assist with verification requests
•Responsible for answering routine questions and issues about products and services from internal and external customers
•Effectively resolves inquiries or escalates concerns in a timely fashion
•Analyze credit files to determine cause of missing data, changes to credit data
•Performs a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes
•Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities
•Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion
•Uses basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members
•Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy
•Performs all other duties as assigned by management
Education:
•High school diploma required, Bachelor's preferred
