Job Description

Objective of job:

  • Maintain sufficient spare parts inventory for critical equipment. Manage daily receipts and issues from the tool crib. Maintain sufficient spare parts inventory for critical equipment. Manage daily receipts and issues from the tool crib.

Principal Activities:

  • Perform annual inventory (cycle count)
  • Audit, identify, and review slow moving parts, in addition to consolidate duplication of parts.
  • Receive and load parts from daily shipments
  • Oversee all New Material Request forms
  • Manage daily/weekly parts book out
  • Evaluate daily/weekly discrepancies from parts book out
  • Plan the storage and location of new materials
  • Assist personnel in locating spare parts

Job Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience. Preferred area of study Business Administration, Inventory/Asset Management, Management Information Systems or Accounting.
  • 3-5 years' Inventory Control and/or SAP reporting and Data Entry Experience

pay range $29.45 - $34 per hour.
