Active Property & Casualty Producer License required
Spherion, in partnership with American Family Insurance Group, is seeking P&C Licensed Insurance Customer Service Reps! In this role, you will assist Homesite-CONNECT customers with service issues, requests, and account information.You will work directly with customers to resolve issues and research questions.

- Base pay rate: $25/hr, monthly bonus can range from $50-$1200

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all relevant information is gathered and entered to facilitate prompt resolution
- Receive guidance from coaches on a frequent basis to process requests
- Develop an understanding of procedures to educate clients and advisors on newly enacted services, as they arise, to facilitate efficient self-service
- Serve as an important resource for customers on company or product policies and systems
- Troubleshoot simple usability issues raised by customers
- Refer more complex issues to appropriate service partners
Qualifications:
- Demonstrate experience providing customer-focused solutions or support
- Demonstrated written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Licenses:
- You must hold an active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer's License or an active Personal Lines License. Amfam Group will pay to maintain your licenses after hire along with all CE requirements
Schedule:
- Shifts will cover a portion of our hours of operation from 7 am to 10 pm CT
- Set daily hours will include every third Saturday and 9-hour Mondays with a shortened day during the week to ensure you have 40 hours
- Mandatory training will be held virtually and will be approximately 6 weeks long. The hours for training will be 10:00 am6:30 pm CT. No time off can be taken during training
