As a Senior Consultant , you will lead industry, functional, and technical projects by leveraging your deep expertise to coach and influence managers, tribe leads, and product owners, helping them deliver business and customer value. You'll take ownership of your work plan while coaching and developing your team, acting as a leader to prioritize initiatives at both an epic and user story level. Additionally, you will coach teams across various industries, facilitating practical training sessions for senior executives and management teams, transforming traditional teams into agile, high performing ones.
What will you be doing? Structured Thinking & Problem Framing: Lead structured communications and planning for case deliverables, while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills to build client confidence and ensure successful implementation.
Client Engagement & Value Focus: Work directly with senior clients, understanding their key value drivers, and pragmatically steering both the team and client towards achieving these goals.
Relationship Building & Business Development: Proactively engage with clients to expand your network, contribute to business development activities, and participate in writing proposals and driving sales.
What we're looking for A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any academic discipline.
5-7+ years experience in consulting or a related field.
Experience in tracking metrics, handling complex analyses, and preparing communications to report back to client and internal leadership.
Ability to travel up to 80% of the time for client engagements.
A consulting mindset characterized by structured thinking and a relentless drive for impact.
Required Skills Highly skilled problem-solving abilities (quantitative, conceptual, analytical).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong interest and passion for coaching.
Exceptionally people-oriented and high emotional intelligence.
Outstanding communication skills, capable of leading teams, training sessions, and offering coaching.
Flexibility and willingness to work in diverse environments and with various teams.
A strong drive for meaningful change and adaptability.
