Must Haves:
Salesforce Administrator Certification
4+ years’ experience in coding (Javascript)
4-6 years’ experience working as a CRM administrator (e.g., Salesforce)
Location: Hybrid – onsite 1 day a week
Public Sector Experience: Required
Background Information:
The initial project was completed in July-August 2024 to support the development of multiple maintenance and development requirements. The Senior Software Developer will assist in the implementation of several Salesforce projects that require external expertise in software development.
Responsibilities:
The Sr. Software Developer – CRM will work directly with the program team, specifically the existing Salesforce administrators. They will develop, problem solve and implement projects within the existing Salesforce environment. The responsibilities are focused specifically on the deliverables mentioned above.
Desired Skills:
Experience building visualforce pages
Experience with Salesforce integration tools
Experience using Experience Cloud builder
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills
A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines
Required Skills:
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Proven experience in the delivery and execution of projects/programs
Deep knowledge of Customer Relationship Management platforms
Intermediate level of coding experience required
