What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Director, Cards Acquisition Enablement, you will support the implementation of the cards acquisition enablement roadmap for all consumer credit card products. You will also serve as the Credit Services subject matter expert focused on delivering improvements in back-office fulfillment processes and system enhancements. In this capacity, you will conduct research, analyze/interpret data, and document business information related to process changes resulting from Projects, Compass releases, Audits, Risk reviews, continuous improvements, or other requested changes. You will conduct operational impact assessments as they relate to proposed changes, liaise with internal colleagues, and others to obtain, provide, verify, and discuss information and best practices. You will recommend viable solutions and improvements to existing procedures, processes, and develop options regarding any proposed changes. You will prepare new procedures or update existing changes, obtaining sign-off, and working with the business to successfully deploy these changes.

How you’ll succeed
Process Improvement - Identify and analyze existing business processes and associated risks and controls, including identification of significant control weaknesses. Update, create and implement business policies as required, including introduction of new policy requirements identified during projects and ad-hoc reviews. Implement creative, innovative, and well-controlled processes into the operational environment. Work with management to develop action plans ensuring recommendations provide realistic and workable solutions.
Risk Analysis - Conduct risk identification and analysis including mitigation strategies, and project validation, and present to relevant stakeholders as appropriate. Obtain business management's commitment to corrective action, and ensure that action plans and time frames are clearly articulated.
Compliance - Ensure that project teams adequately prepare business requirements and/or process flowcharts. Analyze and identify control and compliance opportunities and/or deficiencies. Negotiate appropriate balance between internal control and business needs with varied levels of management.
