You are a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Salesforce Administrator with an in-depth understanding of CRM systems and Salesforce's capabilities. Armed with technical skills, you are adept in managing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of a Salesforce Administrator include but are not limited to:
Serve as a systems administrator for the Salesforce environment
Handle all basic to intermediate administrative functions including, but not limited to: user account maintenance, permissions, public groups, sharing rules, reports and dashboards and other tasks
Build and optimize flows, page layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, validation rules, etc.
Troubleshoot system issues and outages where required
Implement processes, automations and other new or enhanced features when necessary
Perform regular audits of Production/Sandbox environments
Identify and evaluate Salesforce efficiency, helping to outline potential opportunities to streamline and improve processes
Review, test and plan Salesforce regular release and packaged app updates
Identify unused or underutilized platform features
Communication of any platform changes to end users and management
Technical documentation
Work with integrated applications including AWS Connect, Adobe Sign, Conga, Celigo, NetSuite, LinkSquares, Gong, Outreach, Mailchimp and others (previous experience is desirable)
Required Skills and Experience
University degree/diploma in a technical subject
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Certified Salesforce Administrator with: Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including, but not limited to: custom objects and fields, page layouts, roles and permissions, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, approval processes, flows, custom settings, mobile administration
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience
Strong data management abilities
Previous experience working in a fast-paced and high-growth environment preferred
A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
Excellent relationship-building, communication skills, and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
It is not required, but would be an asset to have:
Developer experience including APEX
Experience integrating apps and third-party services into complex Salesforce environments
Experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests and interacting with business users
Experience working with Salesforce Billing and CPQ modules
The ability to identify and gather requirements, translating them into scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience and best practices
Location
This position is open to all applicants located in Canada willing to work hours within the Eastern Time Zone, although preference will be given to those located in Ottawa.
