Requirements: Active Unrestricted WA License Graduate of an approved PT program with a BS PT, MPT, MS PT or DPT may be required Active BLS certification through American Heart Association Must have at least 2 years of experience; preferred in outpatient setting, one year inpatient or SNF preferred.
