Job Details:

• Pay: $2600  per week

• Duration of assignment: 13 weeks

• Positions Open: 1

• Shift: Day

• 40 hours weekly guarantee

• Primary focus is on patients with neuro-muscular, skeletal, and developmental disorders and evaluating the level of function related to these disorders.

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted WA License

• Graduate of an approved PT program with a BS PT, MPT, MS PT or DPT may be required

• Active BLS certification through American Heart Association

• Must have at least 2 years of  experience; preferred in outpatient setting, one year inpatient or SNF preferred. New graduates accepted

• Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
