**Job Title: Production Operator****Job Description**We are looking for a dedicated Production Operator to assist with setups, changeovers, and production runs. This role involves stacking finished products on skids and pallets, counting finished goods, staging orders, and packing products. The candidate must be flexible to assist on different lines and fill in as needed, following direct orders from leads and lead operators. Heavy lifting and performing various labor tasks are essential parts of this job.**Responsibilities**+ Assist with setups, changeovers, and production runs.+ Stack finished products on skids and pallets.+ Count finished goods.+ Perform heavy lifting of products.+ Stage orders.+ Assist on different lines and fill in as needed.+ Pack products.+ Follow direct orders from leads and lead operators.+ Assist on all parts of the line and perform labor tasks.**Essential Skills**+ 2+ years in a manufacturing environment.+ Ability to lift 50 lbs.+ Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day.+ Ability to learn computer systems.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**+ Experience in production, unloading, loading, general production, packaging, packing, and general labor.+ Experience in manufacturing, machine operation, and production line tasks.**Why Work Here?**We offer a great benefits package upon conversion. The machine runs hot, and 90 degrees is considered a cooler day.
