Fain Anderson VanDerhoef Rosendahl O'Halloran Spillane PLLC (FAVROS|LAW), a leading Puget Sound litigation firm with offices in Seattle and Tacoma, is seeking a driven associate attorney to join our team's Seattle office. Excellent candidates will have 3+ years of experience, preferably in civil litigation and/or insurance defense, along with strong writing and oral advocacy skills, practical litigation proficiency, and a positive attitude.
We specialize in civil trial representation for physicians, hospitals, and healthcare providers, focusing on complex litigation. Additionally, our firm handles a diverse range of civil litigation matters, spanning from employment law and general liability defense to commercial litigation.
We are seeking attorneys aspiring to be trial lawyers and who have taken depositions and have participated in a trial as second chair. Ideal candidates will be interested in active and immediate participation in all facets of civil litigation, including client interaction, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial. We offer a highly competitive base salary ranging from $115,000 to $145,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including potential for annual bonus, health and dental benefits, parking or commuter benefits, paid time off, and 11 paid holidays per year. Furthermore, employees are eligible for our 401(k) plan with a firm contribution of 7% of salary after one year of employment. We also offer a hybrid work environment, allowing for flexibility in remote and in-office work arrangements - must be on site at least 2 days per week.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Washington and a member in good standing of the Washington Bar
- Exceptional knowledge of civil procedure along with evidence and trial strategy
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Strong software skills including competency in Word, Outlook, and Lexis
