Picks up and delivers mail and packages between post office, company buildings and inter-office buildings. Also, assist in Shipping/Receiving functions.
How You'll Make An Impact:
- Prepares outgoing mail, weighing, calculating postage and posting letters and parcels
- Processes literature fulfillment requests
- Records postage charges and renews postage meter as required
- Prepares special mailings - DHL, Fed Ex, etc. Operates metering equipment
- Prepares bulk mailings
What You Bring:
- Education: High School Diploma, GED Equivalent
- Work Experience: 3+ years of mailroom and shipping/receiving experience desired
- Experience operating postage meter and mail sorter
- Valid Drivers License
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Experience utilizing SAP desired
Compensation: The estimated hourly range for this position is $18.50 to $24.00 per hour at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. As a temporary associate, your employment will be managed directly through our approved agency provider.
