A reputable community hospital in Was hington State is seeking a Critical Care Nurse to join the ICU department and become part of a remarkable team.
The Critical Care Nurse will report to the Manager of Critical Care. There will be multiple Charge Nurses who are able to provide assistance with any issues that arise. The Critical Care Nurse will have the opportunity to provide direct and indirect patient care in the Acute Care setting.
The Critical Care Nurse will be a part of a rewarding department. This nurse will have the opportunity to formulate a care plan based on identified needs and facilitates interventions and referrals as appropriate. They will also be able to effectively communicate identified needs and care plans with the multidisciplinary care team including providers, pharmacists, dieticians, social workers, case managers, and more. The Critical Care Nurse will also evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjusts the care plan accordingly.
