We are currently seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to support the considerable growth we have enjoyed. This full-time position enjoys a 4-day work week.
Lincoln Family Medical Group is a multiple provider private practice that currently includes Physicians, Physician Assistants, Counselors, and a Social Worker. Our team works collaboratively to ensure the best care possible for our patients and a healthy work environment for our staff. This is an excellent opportunity for a Physician who enjoy an autonomous but collaborative work environment, a family-oriented atmosphere, and a patient-centered philosophy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote and maintain patient health by providing medical and medication management.
- History and physical exam on new and established patients. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examination, and review of symptoms.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as medical imaging and laboratory tests.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound clinical judgments.
- Document patient encounters accurately and timely in electronic health record systems.
- Adhere to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and legal requirements in healthcare delivery.
- Stay updated on current medical research, advancements, and best practices.
- Other duties typical of a Physician in a primary care office.
- On-Call - 3 Days/Month, phone calls only.
Job Requirements:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- NE State Medical License
- DEA Certification
