Bilingual Human Resources Manager
Our client a logistics company with an amazing culture is currently searching for a Bilingual Human Resources Manager to join their team in Lachine, QC. This position is due to an internal promotion and will support 2 individuals
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Talent Acquisition Specialist and Human Resource team.
- Support with full-cycle recruitment efforts, when necessary.
- Responsible for handling employee relation issues, and conducts investigations as required.
- Manage all leaves such as Non-Occupational, educational, and personal leaves.
- Create metrics for the leadership team as required.
- Prepare the monthly/weekly reports (such as turnover/headcount, overtime and absenteeism). Prepare yearly detailed metrics.
- Support in Human Resource initiatives – such as:Top Fleet Application, Long Service Award Program, recognition programs, update all policies to ensure compliance with provincial legislation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary education in Human Resources with a minimum of 5 year’s work experience.
- Bilingual – French and English
- An excellent communicator and problem solver
- Energetic and results-driven, with strong leadership
- Advanced Excel skills with Intermediate PowerPoint and MS Word skills
- Experience with ADP – Workforce Now would be a strong asset
- Self-motivated with a high degree of organizational and planning skills
- Ability to manage a high level of workload
