Job Title: Business Manager/PMO

Location: Mississauga, ON (3 days Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months

Description:

The Business Management team is responsible for the groups ongoing planning, administrative and organizational development activities. This includes management of the technology budget, project financials, headcount planning, vendor management, senior management reporting, leading culture and communications initiatives as well as providing ongoing support to the Markets technology Business Execution office teams.

Responsibilities:

• Complete financial deliverables including monthly forecasts, the annual investment process, client reporting and ad hoc requests.

• Work with diverse stakeholders such as Chief of Staff teams, Finance, HR, Central Business Office etc.

• Assist leadership/Chief of Staff in execution financial responsibilities, promoting and executing communications program.

• Prepare materials and follow-up as needed on items for business committees and/ or regular business meetings.

• Look for ways to streamline processes including the use of automation.

• Assist leadership and stakeholders with developing projects, determining strategies, and defining/providing metrics.

• Drive implementation of business-driven projects across functions, working closely with relevant senior leadership.

• Demonstrated expertise of Microsoft Office product suite, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint essential.
