Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master with a strong background in SaaS product development to lead and guide our agile teams. This role will focus on facilitating Scrum practices, optimizing workflows, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in agile methodologies, experience in SaaS environments, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams across the product development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years in a SaaS or software product development environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, and software deployment cycles is required.

• Proficiency in agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills, with a track record of fostering a collaborative, results-driven team environment
