Responsibilities:

We are currently looking for full-time Site Supervisor to join our team. All applicants should be willing to travel to projects across Ontario. This may be an out of town position with accommodation provided. This position reports to the Project Manager and will provide overall on-site management.

Oversee daily site activities, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety standards. Manage subcontractor tasks, supervise construction and engineering work, and maintain compliance with design and contract requirements. Resolve conflicts related to work interference and budget issues, ensuring quality and safety on-site.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Site Supervisor

• Must be a great leader with a positive attitude and work well with all personnel and subtrades

• Great communication skills to interface with consultants, owners, subtrades, suppliers, Governing authorities, and the various company departments

• Must be organized and have a high attention to detail

• Experience with water and wastewater treatments plants is an asset
